Obsidian InkBook. Quite a successful response to the reader Kindle – Dziennik.pl

Obsidian inkBOOK looks pretty good. On each side of the reader (made of good quality plastic) we have to change the side and below the screen we find the “back”. At the top is a microUSB port and microSD memory cards (up to 32GB). The device weighs 200 grams, which means that it is lighter than Kindle Voyage. The screen resolution is 1024×758 and contrast and black levels are as good as the devices Amazon. Highlighting the reader does not pose major problems. Yes, at the top you can see a light shadows, but they do not interfere with reading in the dark.

As the device is based on the Android , we can also be used to view the images, the Internet or send e-mails. This is not the best idea, the reader processor is too slow. Not to mention the fact that the black-and-white screen is not quite able to replace our tablet or smartphone.

It is for this run the application, which essentially created inkBOOK – Legimi . When you subscribe to get access to “Spotify for books”. This works perfectly – we can use all the titles available on the site. You can also install the application Kindle, which will allow us to use the purchased books on Amazon.

In summary, inkBOOK Obsidian is a pretty good reader that can successfully replace the Kindle models. Especially if you do not use books Amazon, but only plan to read items published in Poland. For 550 gold you get a decent device with a strong battery and a backlit screen. However, if you decide to subscribe Legimi, it would be better for the money to buy Kindle.
