My problem with the Kindle solves staff specialists from the Japanese and American Amazon – Antyweb

Not giving up re-ran the chat on Amazon.com. Conversation starters looked the same as before – I gave the data reader, describing the problem and tried to explain that all the methods suggested by the system to solve the problem have already been used. After a few minutes of waiting I read sent me a brief, startling message – the reader has been marked in the system as stolen and only the person who ordered it may remove it from the “black list”. Any translation on my part was, in short, unnecessary. It could not be true and it was not true.

First, the reader, of course, was not stolen, and secondly, more importantly, was not marked as such in the system. Perhaps employee Amazon.com misread the message or did not want to help me, but shortly after the call I received confirmation from the relevant Amazon.jp through a friend – my copy of Kindle is in no way indicated in the internal system of the store.

I strongly frustrated, but firmly determined so began another, vowing that the ultimate test of contact with Amazon.com. In the meantime, like a lifeline, my mailbox received e-mail from Amazon.jp – the case was referred to Amazon.com, along with all the details, but the Americans will be able to help me because my account was registered just in the domain *. com, and the origin Kindle does not matter.
