Tumor instead of the Kindle – KopalniaWiedzy

James Potten from Bristol ordered a Kindle, so you can imagine his surprise when instead awaited the reader got a slice of someone’s tumor . After opening the envelope he saw the inscription: “patient’s tumor attached.”

By mistake FedEx 37-year-old delivered the shipment from California, which had hit the Royal Free Hospital in London.
Hospital admitted that knows that the package designed for one of his institution was delivered to the address in Bristol .

FedEx regretted the incident and announced a revision of its procedures.

Surprised Potten immediately called a courier. not opened the sealed box [...]. The five initial and final three digits shipments corresponded to my contract, but [definitely] it was not my Kindle. I wanted to FedEx took the box, because it is potentially a sample that fairly urgently needs to be examined and returned. Pack tumor was received and delivered to the hospital on Sunday. Potten got the coveted reader on January 11.
